Whether seasonal or regional – our kitchen of the restaurant “Flair” spoils you completely after your taste. We offer you our menu of half board as well as dishes from the menu. Our restaurant is open daily from 16 o’clock (kitchen from 18 to 21 o’clock). We also offer a lunch table on holidays such as Easter, 01 May, Ascension Day & Whitsun. Of course also for Christmas with classic dishes from the Christmas season.
We attach great importance to the processing of Thuringian products, from the Thuringian Bratwurst or the Thuringian Schlachtwurst from the butcher’s shop Karnahl – Finsterbergen to wines from the Saale Unstrut to beer from the Dingsleben private brewery. Here you can enjoy to your heart’s content. For parties and celebrations we open gladly our restaurant starting from 11 o’clock.
